Clear Vision Pro S.R.L., Tax ID (NIT) 365982017014, with registered office at Av. Arce No. 2345, Edificio Multicentro, Floor 7, La Paz, Bolivia, is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected through clear-vision-pro.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter: name and email address. We also collect minimal technical information (IP address, browser type) for security purposes and aggregated metrics.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to send you our monthly financial education guide, communicate service updates and respond to your queries. We do not sell, rent or transfer your information to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the express consent you give when completing the subscription form, in accordance with the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and Law No. 164 on Telecommunications.
5. Data retention
We will retain your data while your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your personally identifiable data within a maximum of 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
